This is a notice of an emergency public meeting of the NC Industrial Hemp Commission to be held tomorrow, Wed., July 24, 2019, at 4 p.m.

WHO/WHAT: The Industrial Hemp Commission will hold an emergency public meeting to allow the Commission the opportunity to consider a resolution in response to the House Finance and Judiciary Committee’s reclassification of smokable hemp as a class six controlled substance, marijuana, before the Farm Act is considered on Wednesday morning, July 24.
